The Last Lady in the Mountain

he governor has prohibited using the red color on the top of the mountain. Anyone will break this rule, he/she will be punished. But the people start to long for their favorite color, so they start using it secretly. When the governor notices that, he gets furious and he orders putting all people in jail! An old woman will appear and she will bring life back to the mountain, how does she succeed?
